Salil Krishna, a seasoned banker having diverse experience in Banking & NBFC. He held senior roles in various Branch banking and IT functions in SBI Group from 1978 till 1995. Performed Strategic Leadership roles in Operations, IT, Compliance, Audit and Risk functions in Axis bank from 1996 till 2014.

He played a key role in the IT department when transitioning from distributed processing to centralised processing, established a very efficient centralised back office operations and processing unit for Axis Bank which marked the turning point in Axis bank’s foray into Retail Banking, headed the team which laid the foundation of operational risk, compliance risk and financial reporting risk in Axis bank.

Later he moved to India Bulls Housing Finance as Executive Vice President (Corporate Credit) - Indiabulls from 2014 till his retirement in the year 2016.

His last full time assignment was as an advisor in Aadhar Housing Finance from 2017 till the outbreak of Covid in March 2020.After a break of nearly 3 years he is now with Fingalaxy to mentor the young startup with his knowledge and experience.
